Weinberg Financial Advisory, formerly Strata Financial Services, is a Baltimore based full service, independent personal financial planning and corporate benefits firm that specializes in risk management and investment advice.Our independence allows us to offer you an unbiased, objective approach to serving your investment and insurance needs.  Weinberg Financial Advisory works with both individuals and corporations to provide solutions for all financial needs including comprehensive financial planning, wealth transfer planning, asset accumulation, risk mitigation and retirement planning. We also offer a full range of insurance services including life, health, disability, long term care, auto, home and commercial lines.  For corporate clients, Weinberg Financial Advisory provides technical leadership with design, implementation and continuing administration of employer- sponsored group health insurance plans, group dental plans, group life and disability plans, section 125 plans, business succession planning, executive compensation, deferred compensation and retirement solutions.
